Guys, I figured it out. Step 1) Press Home when it says 'Press Enter'. Create a Social Club account and it will try to sign in indefinitely. Close the game at that point by any means. Step 2) Next, Disconnect your computer from the internet, start Max Payne again and it will sign into offline social profile and you will be able to play the game.

Again problem as arived i.e asking for activation code to activate max payne 3 through account so that it keeps in social club account. Existed default account was just doing nothing so i created new account and it displayed tsis account thing.
